I worked with Marco offer the phone for 4 sessions about self hate and past experiences stopping... me. He told me it was a journey and not to get discouraged if I didn't feel a hudged difference from the first few sessions, which I am glad I didn't as I did feel happier and things did come together slowly U was worried U didn't feel that big wow feeling but I kept at it cos I was definitely seeing a difference and I'm definitely glad as it all did come together by the last session and I felt that since of realisation and wow. This was my very first time trying hypnotherapy. For as long as I could remember, I’ve had problems... drawing my self worth from external sources instead of looking inward. This caused multiple problems for me. Someone recommended hypnotherapy to me, but I was skeptical since I had never heard of it before. When I met Marco he explained that it aims to change you on the subconscious level which results in deep change from the inside out. I first met Marco in Melbourne Australia over 10 years ago. I was always curious about Hypnotherapy... and therefore gave it a go. It blew my mind, not only because I first didn't think it would work but also how amazing it turned out to be. I have to say I am very easily hypnotised, have a vivid imagination and very open mind.I saw Marco couple of times in person, and never forgot the amazing result, how I felt in general and how much I loved to be hypnotised. As life happens at times, quite badly, I picked up a really bad habit and struggled to give it up for years. After several attempts, help from counsellers, therapists and doctors, I managed to stop for 10 months before I got sucked back in.Early this year I said enough is enough and so I emailed Marco. Marco called me a couple days later, we chatted and then he told me that he's not in Melbourne anymore. I was a bit speechless, but why not. I got good headphones, so does he... and there we went a week later to my first skype hypno sess. since that very day I haven't touched anything, I can't even think about it without getting sick. Marco sent me mp3s to listen to on a daily basis which really help me to relax my mind, body and soul. With every session, I feel stronger, more grounded, see clearly, i am more confident and I know I could call or email Marco anytime if I should face an issue or hurdle on the way to full recovery. I will firstly like to say a big thanks to Marco for helping me in removing my anxieties and bringing me at a stage where i am at peace with... myself.This has helped me a lot in facing interviews.Earlier when I used to go for interviews, I used to get anxious and would get very negative on what would happen(although i had the required education,lots of years of experience and worked with leading companies in my field). Marco helped me greatly with his skype sessions. I am glad to say that recently I went for few rounds of interview with a company and because of Marco's session I was not only able to face the interview well but was able to get the offer too. Marco was able to instill an idea into me of not going into interviews with the mindset of outcome, but to go with an attitude of 'what I can do for you'. Despite my skepticism, cynicism, challenges with meditation and sitting still and highly analytic brain, thanks to Marco's hypnotic audio meditations... and hypnosis phone sessions, I no longer smoke cigarettes! This has been a lifelong struggle, smoking on and off, quitting on and off (once for 6 years) and always having a love-hate relationship with cigarettes. Smoking has been my crutch for dealing with crushing emotions and intense anxiety. It has been my reward. It has been a friend!For the first time in my life, I feel truly free from smoking. I can be in social situations where people are smoking and it doesn't enter my mind and I don't feel like it at all. I can be in an intense state of anxiety or upset and same - smoking doesn't enter my mind.I really hoped that hypnosis would work for me. I thought that if it did, I would go through the process with Marco and then, after our phone session, I would never smoke again. This is not what happened.I didn't smoke for 36 hours, and then I did. And I continued to for around another 7-10 days. I even went and bought another packet. What was interesting was that during that time, every time I had a cigarette there was this dialogue in my head that was "it's not the cigarette that's helping, it's the fact that you are outside/with friends/walking/taking a break" and I wasn't enjoying cigarettes anymore. I finished the packet.I didn't smoke for a few days. Then I was with friends and I had one. I didn't enjoy it. I didn't smoke for a week after that. Then I had one, and didn't enjoy it.That was a month ago. Since then, I've been in lots of social situations, been stressed, had big emotional stuff happening...and not considered smoking at all.I feel energised, free, inspired. This is huge. I cry with joy and relief when I really tune into what's occurred.And, the experience itself was majestic. There was one part of it where it was like a psychedelic experience, except I was sober. I connected with something symbollic for me and it's changed everything.Knowing that Marco is there if needed for the next while is also really helpful.Thank you Marco.
